The day my wife left, I went to the gym and Scott didn’t go easy on me. Actually, he made me push myself further than I thought I could. It only seems fitting that the first podcast for The Comeback Dad is a conversation with my personal trainer and friend, Scott Miller.

I came into his gym overweight and forced to overcome one of the biggest challenges of my life. The divorce could have crushed me. The weight was crushing me. But getting the right mindset to make a comeback started in the gym.
